SENBLECON is SENZOR’s mobile service and configuration technology, designed for wireless communication with sanitary devices via Bluetooth. It enables rapid setup, diagnostics, control, and monitoring of electronic flushers, faucets, and shower systems directly from a mobile device.

SENBLECON technology was developed as a tool for installers, service technicians, and building managers who require immediate access to device parameters, hygienic functions, and operational data – without the need for mechanical intervention or cover removal.

What is SENBLECON and How it is Used

SENBLECON connects SENZOR hardware with a smart mobile application. Once connected to a device via Bluetooth, it enables:

  • identifying individual sensors and devices,
  • changing their names and pairing,
  • setting operational parameters,
  • executing service and test commands,
  • monitoring device status and hygienic functions,
  • saving flush records and exporting them to reports.

In practice, SENBLECON is used for:

  • initial device commissioning after installation,
  • setting parameters according to the type of operation,
  • service interventions and diagnostics,
  • hygienic control and documentation for the facility manager.

The application allows changes to be sent directly to the sensor, confirmed, and also enables a return to factory settings. Each change is clearly visually indicated before being sent to the device.

The system also includes immediate service commands, such as:

  • test flush,
  • stop or resume operation,
  • remote control of device functions.

With SENBLECON, key operational parameters of devices can be conveniently changed, such as:

  • sensing range,
  • flush times,
  • delays before and after flushing,
  • activation and interval of hygienic flush,
  • sensor operating modes.

SENBLECON also provides an overview of executed flushes and operational events. Users have access to an event history including date, time, flush type, and duration.

All records can be exported as a service or hygiene report. One of SENBLECON’s key functions is managing the hygienic features of devices. The technology enables:

  • manually initiating hygienic flush,
  • monitoring the status of hygienic modes,
  • checking valve cycle count and operational status.
