SENCLOUD is SENZOR’s cloud platform designed for central monitoring, management, and control of sanitary facilities in buildings. It represents a modern solution for smart water management, hygiene, maintenance, and operational control in commercial and public facilities.
SENCLOUD connects physical sanitary devices with a secure cloud infrastructure, creating a digital environment where devices can be monitored, configured, diagnosed, and controlled remotely – from a single central interface.
The platform is designed for managing a larger number of devices within one or more facilities and allows for building a structure of buildings, floors, rooms, and technological units.

What is SENCLOUD and its uses
It serves as a central control and data system for SENZOR sanitary technologies. It enables:
- registration of all connected devices,
- their logical arrangement into facilities, groups, and subgroups,
- remote control of device functions,
- setting operational parameters,
- initiating hygiene modes,
- monitoring operational and hygiene data,
- generating service and hygiene protocols.
The system is intended for building administrators, facility management, technical services, service organizations, and investors who need to continuously monitor the status of sanitary systems, optimize water consumption, and enhance the hygiene level of facilities.
Facility Structure, Groups, and Central Management
It allows for creating a multi-level facility structure. Users can:
- create buildings, operations, and technological units,
- create groups and subgroups of devices,
- freely assign devices to groups based on facility layout or function.
Thanks to this principle, entire floors, hygiene blocks, shower zones, or technological circuits can be managed as a single entity. Groups enable performing bulk operations on multiple devices simultaneously.

One of SENCLOUD’s key features is working with groups of devices of the same type. Within a single group, it is possible to:
- initiate hygienic flushes,
- perform thermal disinfection,
- change parameters of multiple devices simultaneously,
- stop or resume group operation,
