These Privacy Policy Terms explain how SENZOR, s.r.o. processes the personal data of visitors to the website www.senzor.sk
and individuals who contact us via forms, in accordance with the GDPR regulation and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

1) What personal data do we process

Depending on how you use the website, we primarily process:

  • identification and contact details (e.g., name and surname, email, phone),
  • address data (e.g., delivery/billing details),
  • company data (e.g., company name, or identification details if provided),
  • technical and operational data related to website usage (e.g., IP address, activity logs, cookies) to the extent necessary for security, functionality, and traffic measurement.

A) Processing inquiries / orders and communication

If you believe that the processing of personal data is not in compliance with legal regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

When processing your personal data, there is no automated individual decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects on you or significantly affect you otherwise. This information is part of the mandatory requirements under GDPR.
