For products commissioned by an authorized SENZOR service center for automatic sanitary equipment, the product warranty period is extended by 6 months. If you identify product defects, please fill out the form.
Important Notice
In accordance with Section 619 et seq. of the Civil Code, rights arising from liability for defects are asserted with the seller. If the product was purchased through a third party, a warranty claim cannot be made directly with SENZOR s.r.o. Such intervention will be considered post-warranty service and will be subject to a fee. When making a warranty claim, it is mandatory to present proof of purchase issued by SENZOR s.r.o.
